Frequently Asked Questions

100% of donated funds are transferred directly to the OHF Foundation account (audited). At least 96% reaches beneficiaries. The remaining 4% covers platform operating costs (servers, staff, payments).

Every product in the Shop clearly shows the contribution % (10–25%). This amount is automatically transferred to the OHF fund as soon as the order is confirmed as delivered.

Every disbursement includes: (1) bank transfer receipt, (2) field photos/videos, (3) confirmation from the beneficiary or receiving organisation. All are publicly posted on this Transparency page.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable per NGO regulations. However, if a campaign is cancelled or does not meet its goal, all funds will be redirected to a similar campaign or refunded upon request.

OHF Foundation is licensed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Home Affairs. Unity.net.vn is the official digital platform of OHF, operating within a full legal framework.
