Introduction

OHF (OneHealth Foundation) is the Data Controller responsible for processing the personal data of users on the Unity.net.vn platform.

This policy applies to all Unity.net.vn services including: website, mobile application, API and other digital channels.

We comply with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam and all applicable laws and regulations.

Unity.net.vn does not intentionally collect personal data from children under 18. If you are a parent/guardian and discover that your child has provided personal information, please contact privacy@unity.net.vn immediately and we will delete the data within 48 hours.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When significant changes occur:

Notify all registered accounts by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect.
Display a prominent notification banner on the homepage.
Update the "Last modified" date at the top of the page.
Retain an archive of previous policy versions for your reference.
