Please read the following terms carefully before using Unity.net.vn
Introduction
Unity.net.vn is an online crowdfunding and social commerce platform operated by OHF (OneHealth Foundation) — a non-profit organisation licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam.
The platform provides services including: community crowdfunding, social commerce, and a KOL/KOC partnership programme aimed at creating positive and sustainable social impact.
These terms apply to all users who access and use Unity.net.vn, including: donors, shoppers, campaign creators, KOL/KOC partners, and administrators.
Definitions
In these terms, the following terms are understood as:
Eligibility
To use the platform, users must meet the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
- Have full legal capacity under Vietnamese law.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information.
- Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Comply with all regulations in these terms.
User Accounts
4.1. Account Registration
Some features require account registration. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activities that occur under their account.
4.2. Account Information
- Each user may only register one account.
- Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to another person.
- Personal information must be truthful and kept up to date.
4.3. Account Security
Users are responsible for immediately notifying OHF of any unauthorised access to their account via security@unity.net.vn.
4.4. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time. However, transaction history and contribution records will be retained as required by law.
General Transaction Terms
5.1. Transaction Validity
A transaction is considered valid when all of the following conditions are met:
- The user is logged in with a verified account.
- Payment is completed and confirmed by the payment gateway.
- The product/campaign is available and not suspended at the time of transaction.
- Transaction information (amount, recipient, order) is accurately recorded in the system.
5.2. Transaction Currency
All transactions on the platform are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) by default. International transactions (USD) are supported via Stripe and will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.3. Transaction Confirmation
Upon successful transaction, the system will automatically send a confirmation email to the registered address. Users should retain this confirmation as proof of transaction.
5.4. Transaction Cancellation
- Donation transactions cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except under the refund conditions in Section 10.
- Product orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if the order has not yet been processed.
- To cancel, users must contact support at support@unity.net.vn or via the in-app chat function.
5.5. Fraudulent Transactions
Crowdfunding Service
6.1. Creating a Campaign
Users may create fundraising campaigns for medical, educational, environmental, or community purposes. Each campaign must be reviewed and approved by OHF before publication.
Campaign review criteria:
- Lawful purpose, not contrary to social ethics.
- Clear and verifiable beneficiary information.
- Reasonable and evidence-based financial target.
- Not duplicating an existing active campaign.

6.3. Fund Disbursement
Funds are disbursed when a campaign reaches at least 30% of its goal. The entire disbursement process is publicly disclosed on the Transparency page.
6.4. Campaigns That Do Not Reach Their Goal
If a campaign does not reach its goal by the deadline, funds will be: (a) refunded to donors, or (b) transferred to a similar campaign with the donor's consent.
Social Commerce
7.1. Products
All products on the Shop are reviewed by OHF for quality and origin. The percentage of profit contributed to the fund is clearly displayed on each product (10%–25%).
7.2. Orders
- Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
- OHF reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent orders.
- If an order is cancelled by OHF, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
7.3. Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt for manufacturer defects.
- Products must be intact and unused (inspection only).
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after return confirmation.
- Returns not accepted for products discounted over 50% or custom orders.
Shipping & Delivery
8.1. Delivery Areas
Unity.net.vn currently delivers to all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. International shipping is not yet supported.
8.2. Estimated Delivery Time
* Delivery times are estimated and may vary during public holidays or peak seasons.
8.3. Shipping Fees
- Express shipping fee is calculated based on actual weight and delivery zone, shown clearly at checkout.
- For returns/exchanges due to OHF's error, OHF will bear the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to the customer's reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
8.4. Delivery Partners
OHF partners with reputable carriers including GHN, GHTK, and ViettelPost. The carrier for each order is selected automatically based on delivery zone and availability.
8.5. Receipt & Inspection
- Customers should inspect the package condition upon receipt and before signing.
- If the package is visibly damaged, customers have the right to refuse delivery and report to OHF within 24 hours.
- After signing for delivery, OHF is not responsible for external packaging damage unless reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
- If the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the order may be returned to OHF and a re-delivery fee may apply.
8.6. Lost or Damaged Goods
KOL/KOC Program
9.1. Eligibility Requirements
- Have a social media account with a minimum of 1,000 followers.
- Clean content, not violating legal regulations or community standards.
- Commitment to honest sharing, not misleading about products/campaigns.
- Approved by OHF after profile review.
9.2. Commission & Payment
Commission is calculated based on actual sales from the KOL/KOC's personal link. Commission rates are agreed upon in the partnership contract. Commission payments are made on the 15th of each month.
9.3. KOL/KOC Obligations
- Clearly label content as advertising/partnership (#AD, #Sponsored).
- Do not make misleading comparisons with other products/organisations.
- Do not share confidential information of OHF.
- Maintain a positive image consistent with Unity.net.vn values.
Payments & Refunds
10.1. Payment Methods
Unity.net.vn accepts the following payment methods:
- VNPay gateway (ATM, QR Code, Visa/Mastercard)
- MoMo (integrated in Phase 2)
- Direct bank transfer
- Stripe for international payments (USD)
10.2. Donation Policy
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable in accordance with non-profit principles. Exceptions:
- Campaign is cancelled or does not reach the minimum goal (30%).
- Fraudulent campaign detected after investigation.
- Technical error resulting in duplicate transactions.
10.3. Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL. OHF does not store credit/debit card information.
Intellectual Property
All content on Unity.net.vn including logos, images, text, interfaces, software, and source code is the intellectual property of OHF and is protected under Vietnamese law.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
- For content uploaded by users (photos, videos, stories) — the user grants OHF a non-exclusive right to display and promote such content.
- Users warrant that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from the following:
Limitation of Liability
OHF provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for:
- Losses arising from technical errors beyond our control (natural disasters, cyberattacks).
- Fraudulent conduct by third-party users after reasonable review has been carried out.
- Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
- Content on third-party websites linked from the platform.
- Delays in shipping caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
The maximum liability of OHF in any case shall not exceed the actual transaction amount related to the claim.
Privacy & Data Policy
The collection and processing of users' personal data is carried out in accordance with a separate Privacy Policy, in compliance with Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on personal data protection in Vietnam.
Data we collect includes:
- Registration information: full name, email, phone number.
- Transaction information: donation history, orders.
- Behavioural data: pages viewed, access time (anonymised).
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting privacy@unity.net.vn.
Changes to Terms
OHF reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will:
- Notify all registered accounts by email.
- Display a prominent notice on the homepage for at least 7 days.
- Update the "Last Modified" date at the top of the page.
Continued use of the platform after terms are updated constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
